Is there such a thing as a "D" list actor?

I have heard of A list, and B list, are there others like D list or C list

Is there such a thing as a "D" list actor?
I thought it was only A list and B list celebs..same as movies.

Same goes for Jean-Claude Van Damme, although I suppose he makes straight to video movies. Pauly Shore doesn't even have that going for him.
