Ok where can i find a list of things i can deduct as a company otr truck driver?

basically im a truck driver trying to do my taxes and i need a little help. im using the turbo tax software scedule c, if ne one has used this to do their taxes and could offer some help/advice that would also be appreciated

Ok where can i find a list of things i can deduct as a company otr truck driver?
NUmber one did you get receipts for everything you bought out on the road??? Things like meals, toll tickets, accomodations, clothing, pens, paper and other goodies, fuel, maintenance costs etc. Do you maintain and office at home??? If so then that also becomes an expense and so does heating it, electricity for it etc.

many of the truckstops have a tax guy that could give you a decent run down on the eligibility of items and also the OOIDA web site has some info as well.

For me I write off other things like computers, networking stuff, laptop for the truck, software, home office, cable tv as it has the stupid weather channel which also has winter road condition reports and other goodies as well. SOme items you may not be able to claim 100% so better to consult the know it alls in the tax business or an accountant that handles trucking brokers.

Isn't tax time fun???

Oh btw the accountant or tax guys if they charge a fee for the consultation that also is a write off, get receipt. Get receipts for everything!!!!
Reply:Youre so lucky, as a truck driver you have

enormous resources to deduct. Does your

company reimbuse you for anythiong?

Diesel, I know thats a big one. Tires,

Repairs for the truck? Is it an 18whl

Bathrooms, rest stops that charge money

Meals, Does anybody help you drive?

You can deduct if you pay an assist.

driver. Celphone usage, any cargo

expenses, fees, tolls.

Any tools outof pocket. I can go on.....and

on just think of anything that you spent

that you didnt get reimbused for ok.

Good luck!!

Please explain to me; What is a Class A,B & C office building?

I am looking for office space and i have a list of offices and i don't know the definitions of different Class offices like Class A, Class B %26amp; Class C.

Please explain to me; What is a Class A,B %26amp; C office building?
Generally, Class A, B, and C are used to describe several different features and come up with an overall rating of a property.

Typically the following are considered:

1. Location

2. Updatedness/newness of property

3. Property appearance

4. Services amenities of building (highspeed access, fiber, gyms, other facilities.).

5. Property market/submarket features (NYC-class A vs Albany-class B,C)

6. Floor plan efficiency

This being the case don't be surprised to find out that some A properties are really B properties... but just for marketing purposes are referred to as a higher level property.

Where do I find a list of all the things I've copied on my comp today? (I mean pressing ctrl c then ctrl v)?

It is copied to the Clipboard and back, you can not use the Clipboard unless you have it installed as a Windows Component. I believe after a certain number of entries (30), the clipboard is cleared.

Which book title is the best among the following? (Read the complete list in the additional details below)?

I am going to write a novel series about stars, galaxies, and universe. I created some titles. Which is the best title in the list?

a) King of the Stars

b) The Crown of Uniconstelar

c) Star Crown of the Universe

Which book title is the best among the following? (Read the complete list in the additional details below)?
Either B or C would call my attention if i was going by it

Good Luck
Reply:well i like king of the stars best
Reply:I like (c). Good luck with your novel!
Reply:I suppose King of the stars has the broadest appeal.

I would also suggest

"In Its Vastness"

Crown on Stars

Kingdom in the Stars

Written in the Heavens

I don't know. Hope to have been minutely helpful
Reply:well i like the crown of uniconstelar.. it sounds intesting and different.

here's some suggestions:

1. out of this world-series title then you could have a subtitle about each book (stars, galaxies, planets, constellations, the black hole, lunar exploration, life on other planets, etc..)

2. other worldy

hope this helps motivate you..!
Reply:I think you are rushing things. Titles aren't necessary to write a book. In fact, most authors refer to their books as WIP or Work in Progress. You really have to see what direction the story takes in order to title it. And you should know that if and when you sell it, the publisher has the right to change the title anyway and there is nothing you can do about it. I would call it King of Stars WIP for now and see how it goes. You may come up with a much better idea along the line. Good luck. Pax- C

What is the most glaring omission from Yahoos list of US cities?

these are the ones listed. in Yahoo messengers chat rooms and 'local' questions on yahoo answers:

Atlanta

Austin

Boston

Chicago

Cincinnati

Cleveland

Dallas

Denver

Detroit

Honolulu

Houston

Indianapolis

Kansas City

Las Vegas

Los Angeles

Miami

New Orleans

New York City

Orlando

Philadelphia

Phoenix

Portland

Sacramento

San Antonio

San Diego

San Francisco

San Jose

Seattle

St. Louis

Washington, D.C.

I'm going to go ahead and vote for Minneapolis/st paul. The Twin Cities. get real, yahoo!

What is the most glaring omission from Yahoos list of US cities?
I was raised in Sacramento, which is hardly worth a flyover even now. I do believe yahoo has a California bias, and I don't care how expensive the real estate is out there, most people aren't going to choose Sacramento or San Jose as places to visit.

Having lived in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area for over 20 years, I second your opinion. This area is greatly unappreciated by people on the West Coast.
Reply:Dumont, NJ
Reply:My vote goes to Milwaukee.

I do think that California is over represented on this short list with 4 cities.
Reply:how about memphis, nashville and knoxville in tennessee? strong in tourism.
Reply:Minneapolis, Pittsburgh, and Tampa. Ohio gets 2 and Pennsylvania only gets 1.
Reply:That is definfately the top city that I thought was missing. I would also throw Baltimore,Tampa, Salt Lake City, Raleigh-Durham, and maybe some others in there.

One city I would definately take out is San Jose. It makes no sense why there would be a San Jose category when it's in the same metropolitan area as San Francisco and most questions about San Jose get asked in the SF category anyways. Sacramento is also a pretty useless city that recieves very little tourism. I think Yahoo is biased b/c they are located right next to San Jose and that's why they put it there.
Reply:I would say the Florida Keys or Outer Banks. Those are top vacation destinations that I think people would have a lot of questions about.

Pittsburgh too. (How can you include Cincinnati and Cleveland and not include Pittsburgh?)
Reply:Nashville Tennessee.
Reply:They also missed Fargo

Reply:Go to any open area on start screen,right click and when box opens click on properties,then click on tab at top that says apperarance.Then move slidder for screen resolution to right as far as it will go for smallest or some where inbetween until you get look you want.Screen resolution will make icons smaller or larger,less will make everything larger and more will make them smaller.

Consider a linked list with n integers. Each node of the list is numbered?

Develop a program using ‘C’ language to split this list into 4 lists so that:

 first list contains nodes numbered 1,5, 9, 13- - -

 second list contains nodes numbered 2, 6, 10, 14- - -

 third list contains nodes numbered 3, 7, 11, 15- - -

 and fourth list contains nodes numbered 4,8, 12, 16- - -

Consider a linked list with n integers. Each node of the list is numbered?
You are using the c language so all you got to store the list is an array. Since its a linked list we shall assume the array has to be read in order from element 0 to element n (we can also start from element 1 if we a=want).

Logic : simply use a for loop (this is the best option to read data in order) and put each element in its place in the four diff arrays

as we go.

Method : source array : link, %26lt;size is n%26gt;

Dest link1,link2,link3,link4

Basic code : it works assuming data is stored from location 0 on the array.

int x=1,y=0;

for(int i=0;i%26lt;n;i++)

{

if (x==1) link1[y]=link[i];

else if(x==2) link2[y]=link[i];

else if(x==3) link3[y]=link[i];

else if(x==4) link4[y]=link[i];

x=x+1;

if (x==4)

{ x=0;y=y+1;}

}

Anyone know of a list of banned games in Singapore?

I've done some searchings online, but I can't seem to find a list of banned games in Singapore.

This is not a research, but purely based on curiousity.

If anyone can provide any links, it would be extremely helpful.

Or if you know of certain games that:

a) were banned and lifted

b) were banned and still is

c) surprisingly not banned

Anyone know of a list of banned games in Singapore?
The only one is The Darkness arcoding to Wikepedia- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ban... The Darkness is a scary, violent Video game based on a comic book. This is the reason it was banned -

"The game was banned in Singapore according to the distributor New Era. The reason for this was due to the local censorship board dubbing the game "swear words" and graphic violence.The game had been scheduled for a July release before the ban." - Wikepedia.

Washington, D.C.

THE AMBIENCE: HISTORIC HERITAGE

Washington, D.C. symbol of democracy, a magnet to people and causes, a place of power and prestige is inspiring and interesting. Take the time to take it all in.

Washington is part history, part history in the making. The seats of power - the Capitol, the White House, and the Supreme Court - are testaments to the democratic process. In massive, often ornate, government buildings, the work of America is conducted. Extraordinary museums hold the tangible evidence of American achievement.

Visually, Washington, D.C. is lovely. Its horizontal scale is humanizing and appealing. Open space, manicured parks, and grand avenues converging at landscaped circles serve as an elegant canvas for a range of exceptional architecture spanning over 200 years.

As architectural specimens, Washingtons museums, memorials, federal buildings and historic homes chronicle the nations history. Through them the story of a fledgling nation unfolds as it gained stature, prominence and identity to become a global power. As repositories of the American experience for all to see, they are fascinating and moving.

Washington did not always look as it does today. Created out of farmland, swamp and forest, it began as an artificial city as an idea of the founding fathers to build a federal city amid the independent-minded states. The location was chosen in 1790 by political compromise and, upon first seeing the site on which he was to plan a magnificent city under the guidance of George Washington and Thomas Jefferson, the architect Pierre LEnfant described his task as turning a savage wilderness into a Garden of Eden.

Although influenced by the Europes grand cities, the sheer vastness of the new country determined LEnfants vision: We must show the breadth of our nation with the width of our avenues and the lengths of our parks. However, this grand vision did not materialize all at once. Growth spurts in the fledgling city were tied to key historic events, and with each crisis the city transformed itself, taking root and gaining importance and prestige.

As the plans took shape, streets were laid out and in 1792, construction began on the Georgian neoclassical Presidents House, and the Classical Revival house of the people, the United States Capitol. However, the nascent capital had yet to develop an inherent identity it was small, had dirt streets and was without sewer or water systems.

In the early city, private residences reflected the balanced simplicity of the reserved Federal architecture of the period. Wonderful examples of this distinctively American architecture can be seen in the elegant homes and in a parade of row houses, the signature residential dwellings of Washington, along the narrow, tree-lined streets in the Georgetown Historic District. Others are in Lafayette Square, across from the White House, where the first structure built was the small, simple St Johns Episcopal Church, where pew 54 has been reserved for all sitting presidents since Madison. In the 1830s, a time fraught with partisan politics, the government grew. Austere federal buildings were constructed, notably the columned Greek Revival U.S. Department of the Treasury, at the time one of the largest office buildings in the world.

By a stroke of good fortune, the Smithsonian Institute was established in 1848. James Smithson, a British scientist who had never set foot in the country, bequeathed his considerable wealth to America with the proviso that it be used to found an establishment for the increase %26amp; diffusion of knowledge among men. The first of its 16 spectacular national museums, the picturesque, medieval looking Smithsonian Institution Building, The Castle, was completed on the National Mall in 1855.

Civil War transformed Washington into a city teeming with people. It still had minimal infrastructure, was overrun by the military whose encampments were everywhere, by war wounded brought to rudimentary hospitals set up anywhere there was space, by runaway slaves who came by the thousands seeking refuge. It was chaotic, dirty and violent.

When America reunited there was a realization that her capital did not reflect stature. Massive efforts were undertaken to modernize the city whose population had doubled its pre-war size. Streets and sidewalks were paved; water and sewer system installed.

By the late 1800s and early 1900s, America was making great industrial strides, fast becoming a world economic player. Personal fortunes and increasing world prestige led to wholesale efforts to beautify Americas capital to become the cultural equal to Europe.

Power and wealth moved in and the Gilded Age of architecture in Washington began. Palatial homes were built on individual wealth accumulated through Americas success in the Industrial Revolution, and today entire neighborhoods showcase the grandeur of the time. The Dupont Circle Historic District is an immersion into a virtual museum of mansions in the decorative Beaux Arts, Victorian Queen Anne, massive Richardsonian Romanesque, baroque Spanish Colonial, and gracious Georgian Revival architecture. The Massachusetts Avenue Historic District, todays Embassy Row, is a showcase of the elaborately ornamented Beaux Arts style, in vogue at the time.

Public buildings also heeded this elaborate trend. Mansard roofs and ornate granite distinguish the grand Second Empire Old Executive Office Building (1871-1888). Within its walls, Presidents had offices, dignitaries visited, and historic events took place. It now holds the Office of the Vice President and the National Security Council. The opulent gold-domed Italian Renaissance Library of Congress opened in 1897 with the intention of surpassing its European counterparts in style and substance.

Washington was the place to be, worldly and cultured. Visitors flocked in through the magnificent gateway to Americas capital, Union Station (1907), gloriously gilded, arched and columned. Concert halls and elaborate museums housing the personal collections of Americas wealthy were built and are still in place today. The Beaux Arts Corcoran Gallery of Art (1897), opened as a public gallery to exhibit William Wilson Corcorans personal collection of American art, one of the most comprehensives in the world. The Duncan Phillips family opened their Georgian Revival home in 1921 to exhibit their remarkable collection to the public as the Phillips Collection, thus becoming the first museum of modern art in America. The Freer Gallery of Art (1923), a low-rise neo-Italian Renaissance palazzo, opened to exhibit its benefactors extensive collection of American and ancient Asian art. The Japanese Cherry trees, a gift from the people of Japan, were planted around Tidal Basin in 1912.

The size of government also increased, initiating the countrys largest public construction program. The Federal Triangle, between the Capitol and the White House, was set aside to provide buildings for new agencies, each one uniformly dressed in limestone facades, red tiled hip roofs and classic colonnades. The first congressional buildings, the Cannon %26amp; Russell Buildings were completed in 1907 and 1909 in elaborate Beaux Arts style; notables stayed at the Willard Hotel, renovated on a grand scale 1904.

Having achieved prominence and confidence, America gained historic perspective and sought to honor the contributions of those key to the American experience by building classical monuments to memorialized leaders and heroes in contemplative silence. The serenely moving Lincoln Memorial was completed in1922; the cornerstone of the Jefferson Memorial, in the neo-classical design first introduced to the country by Jefferson himself, was set in 1939. The highest court in the land finally found a permanent home in 1932 in the dignified Supreme Court Building and the monumental National Archives, repository of the foundations of the nation: the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence was completed.

By 1941, Washingtons population was over 1 million, and the federal government kept growing. This expansion of government is chronicled in the authoritative neoclassical federal offices built at that time. The nations cultural wealth continued to grow as the blocks-long neoclassic West Building of the National Gallery of Art, exhibiting Western art spanning centuries, opened that year.

Bond drives in World War II brought glamour and publicity to the capital, energizing patriotism. A huge civilian work force supported the enlarging government; the massive, sprawling Pentagon punctuated Americas position as a super power. Victory in World War II firmly established Washington as the nations capital and the center of the world.

Reply:Found an interesting article here (http://www.associatedcontent.com/article... ) detailing the qualities of different "lists" of celebrities.

A-list celebrities, according to the article, those that everyone knows and loves. They have stars on the walk of fame, every detail of their personal lives are important to the media. They become fashion icons, star in huge blockbuster films, make massive amounts of money, etc.

Examples given: Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise, Morgan Freeman

It defines a B-List celebrity as one who is not necessarily a worse actor than an A-list, but is significantly less memorable. They're invited to and attend major events, but, for the most part, the paparazzi don't really care about their lives. They will occasionally appear on the cover of a major magazine, but that appearance will be forgotten. They're talented enough to be able to control their careers and command a good salary, but can be hurt by certain aspects of their personal lives or just lack star appeal altogether.

Example given: Matt Dillon, Pamela Anderson

A C-list celebrity is defined as someone whose work is primarily outside the acting world (i.e. music) or even lesser actors who appear to be trying to become much more. They are frequently present on tabloids and in gossip columns. While you may frequently see a C-lister in big movies, their roles are fairly minor and often shallow.

Examples given: Jessica Simpson, Taye Diggs, Britney Spears

D-listers are defined as "minor" celebrities. They're mostly unrecognized and, unless they do something really scandalous, are mostly ignored by the paparazzi. In most cases, their moment of fame has already passed them by, but are still considered important enough to keep around in Hollywood.

Examples given: Anna Nicole Smith, Erik Estrada, David Hasselhoff

Z-listers are people that may have regional fame or be known very specifically for something that they've done or someone they've been involved with, but have no real standing in Hollywood. This may include many former child stars and adult film stars.

Examples given: Carrot Top, Shar Jackson, Jenna Jameson, Corey Feldman
Reply:B list would be actors that have never had a staring role, or are in low budget, or even low income earning films. C list would be reality stars or game show hosts.
Reply:i hope the link helps.

%26amp;, p.s.: i don't think tha paris %26amp; nicole are 'celebrities', but i think they're considered 'CELEBUTANTES', meaning that they're were ever in the spotlight in the first place because of family (the hilton family/lionel richie) and THEN they became "stars" in their own right.
Reply:Officially the A-List only applies to Hollyood Actors, The A-list is part of a larger guide called The Hot List that has become an industry-standard guide in Hollywood. Lesser-known actors inhabit the B+, B, and C lists, and there is even a dreaded "Bottom of the Heap." James Ulmer has also developed a Hot List of directors and The Ulmer Scale. D and Z list are made up term by tabloid newspapers

Reply:A list consist of Hollywood big hitters. The Nicholson's the Beatty's the Stallone's,etc, etc

B list normally consist of actors who are well know for being on tv, rather than in films.The America's,the Munzon's etc,etc

C list are those whose career is nearly over and are still at the edge of the celebrity circuit. Anna Nicole Smith was considered such. So too are Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson. Although I may add both have just begun thier careers.

When you go down the list, it becomes more blurred.

For instance,Charlene Tilton, who once played Lucy Ewing in Dallas, is considered a Z list celebrity. Had she been working now, she would be in the B list category. There is also speculation on which list Jacko would fall into. My guess is that he can never leave the A listers.

How can i write a program on C for double ended stack,circularly linked list?

If you have a program for singly linked list then I don't think it's very difficult to make it doubly linked list.

When you append a node to your linked list normally you keep it's next pointer as NULL. Just assign your "head" node pointer value to it and it becomes a circular list as last node now points to the first node!!!

similar is true about deleting the last node. just assign next of last node's to next of second last.

no change in insertions and deletions in between.

Now the catch can be - How to detect last node of a circle???

you can simply have a node count or every time you go to some node, just check whether it's next pointer is pointing to head node and it's done.

For Double ended stack.

It's just a stack having two heads, one at top and one at bottom. You can pop from any side and push from any.

Here you will have two top pointers than one. push and pop are same. one pointer's push is bit similar to others pop mechanism [only pointer changes]. e.g. one top pointer gets incremented when it pushes into array[taking array as it is easy to explain]. where as in others case it will decrement it's head as it pushes. [because it grows downwards].

Now what is empty and what is full?

Empty is when both of them cross each other. eg if top1 grows upward and top2 grows downward then ( top1 %26lt; top2 ) is a empty condition.

Full can be different for both stacks. if top1 reaches to upward limit then top1 is full and if top2 reaches downward limit then top2 is full.

I hope this will help you a bit. :)

enjoy.

If you don't list a person living w/ you on the lease, and they find out, what is the worst that could happen?

Many leasing offices require everyone be listed, if you choose not to list them, what would happen? Also, w/ background checks, if someone is trying to improve their life and move on, how can they do that if many places reject or deny them a place to live, b/c of their background check? what other options are there for people like that.

If you don't list a person living w/ you on the lease, and they find out, what is the worst that could happen?
You get evicted, and then YOU will have trouble renting. The very worst would be sued for fraud, and I would personally do it if my renters brought some low life in that either harmed another person or damaged my property.
Reply:They will call your mommy and tell on you.

Of course they can evict you if you lie, just tell the truth.
Reply:If you do not comply with the management's time frame for having another person living with you added to your lease, you CAN be evicted. I've done it. The situation involved a married couple who allowed a 'cousin' to move in without notice. When the police came knocking on MY door advising that I had a drug dealer living in the premises, ALL were gone in short order.
Reply:Typcially, if you have someone else living with you and don't list them, you can say that they are visiting or some story like that. If it becomes an issue, say they are your girlfriend/boyfriend, etc. They can't discriminate based on that. It is always better to be upfront, but if that is not possible, just talk to them as it becomes an issue. They can't evict you based on that but they can ask for information on who is living with you and possible say that they need to move or go through a background check. It is for the safety of everyone that they do background checks. Let's say you have a child molester living with you but they only have information on you.......Not good. Unfortunately, you can be denied if you don't meet certain requirements but you can't be discriminated against. Often places require a credit check to rent to you. If you can't pass the credit check it usually ends up that you need to find someone to rent from independently that rents there home or condo and it is not a business for them. After renting from an individual for a period of time, you can usually get a letter of recommendation if you have paid your rent on time and that looks good to the big companies that have apartment complexes.
Reply:You can be evicted for having an unauthorized person living in your apartment. I won’t deny that people get away with it, but that’s the risk you assume.

Background checks don’t exist to punish one person, they’re meant to protect all of the other tenants. You say this person wants to change, and that’s great, but for the safety of everyone else involved, a careful landlord will assume the propensity to do whatever this person has previously done still exists.
Reply:You would be breaking your lease and you can get evicted. Most landlords dont care about people trying to improve their lives. They just want good tennants who take care of the property and pay their rent on time. That's why they run background checks. They are in the business to make money on their property. Sometimes you can find a sympathetic person who will rent to you with a backround check
Reply:I totally agree with the answers above mine. Trying to sneak someone in the place is NOT a way to earn points with the management. Doing this could cause you to be one of those undesirable people who has a hard time renting too. Having an eviction on your record is bad.
Reply:you could be evicted

What is your list of the top ten best bombers of WW2?

Curious as to what answers will come back. Lets try to look at some of the lesser known, but outstanding bombers of WW2 that perhaps did not get the attention/press they shoud have. Thinking

of A/C such as the soviet PE-2, German Ar234 "Blitz bomber".

etc.

What is your list of the top ten best bombers of WW2?
Well my favorites are as follows:

1. B-24 Liberator (actually the liberator flew more missions world wide than the B-17: it just didn't get the press the B-17 did.)

2. B-17 Flying Fortress

3. B-29 Super Fortress

4. B-25 Mitchell (Bomber, gunship this was a very versatile bomber)

5. B-26 Marauder

6. Avro British Lancaster Bomber - I have a fondness for this bomber because of the Dam Busting missions, and the other special ordnance missions it flew.

7.DeHavillan Mosquito (yes, it could drop bombs...very fast little bomber)

8. the Japanese "Betty" a very good bomber in its own right.

9. German Ju-88 also a good light bomber.

10. Consolidated B-32 Dominator. Yes they actually had these planes in the inventory.

In terms of effectiveness:

1. B-29: the bomber that burned an empire down.

2. Ju-88 the bomber that remodeled London

3. B-24 The bomber that struck out Italy, Romania and a few other German satellite countries.

4. B-17 and the Lancaster (the bombers that help kill the french and German military industrial complex).

5. the German stuka: the bomber that helped seize most of western Europe.

6. B-25 Mitchell the bomber that helped re-take the south pacific.

7. The Japanese Betty.

8. The US Navy Dauntless Dive Bomber: the bomber that killed a navy.

9. The B-26 Marauder: a killer angel in both fronts.

10. The B-20 Havoc: a light bomber with a taste for tanks and ships. designated to an A-20 status later.
Reply:P-61Black Widow. My favorite.
Reply:B17......err, well that just about sums it up, doesn't it?
Reply:My goodness the B 29 was the best bomber in WW2 then

the B 17. the plane I liked the best was the p-38 not a

bomber but it was a fighter bomber B- 25,these are the

planes in world war 2 that won the war .. bomber wise..
Reply:I'm Italian and I want to list italian models because you may not know them(I ONLY ADD BECAUSE ITALIAN ARE NOT USUALLY KNOWN, I DON'T SAY THESE ARE BETTER THAN GERMAN OR AMERICAN...), It's quite hard to give the right valuation to these models because they are not usually directly comparable because italian bombers were of a class in the middle between medium and heavy bombers, for example between B-17 and B-25...and because some were producen in too little numbers (for example the CR-25 fast recon/light bomber/long-range fighter were really good, but only 10 were built, it could be successful like Mosquito if built in a larger number..)

-Cant 1007 "Alcione"

-Cant 506 "Airone"

-SIAI-Marchetti S.79 "Sparviero": this was a quite good medium bomber, but it did it best as a torpedo bomber....this plane was the terror of the british sailors in the mediterranean, they nicknamed it "the damned hunchback" because of the gunner windshield on the top of the fuselage.

On 12 August 1942 the first attempt of unmanned attack mission took place as "canary operation". A S.79 painted in yellow with 1000kg of explosive and modified to be radio-controlled by a pilot onboard another airplane but a failure of the R/C caused the failure of the mission.

-SIAI-Marchetti Sm.82 "Marsupiale" (only few people know that the largest range(more than B17s or B29s) bombing mission in the WW2 was performed by this kind of airplane, italian Sm82's bombed a british rafinery in bahrein starting from Rhodes(today in Greece) and landing in Ethiopia)

-Piaggio P.108 (this is closely comparable with B-17, and probably most modern, but being produced only in the number of 24 it could't never show its great values and charateristics)
Reply:The best bomber may be down to interpretation. but respectfully,

the British Avro Lancaster was supreme in that role. It

carried the heaviest bomb load and also the grand slam

earthquake bomb, designed by barnes wallace of the

"Dambusters fame" The long distance Liberator was also an

extremely useful aircraft in the maritime role. It would be very

difficult to evaluate up to ten. The Germans had excellent

aircraft too (as a child in London during WW2, i was on the

receiving end) but they only had smallish two engined bombers (Thankfully) Good day to all our American friends, from Devon!

Amelia.....not all STD's are detectable through a blood test, chlamydia and gonnoreah are detected through swabs
Reply:1. there is no way to detect std's through a urine test.

2. all std's are detected through blood sample.

3. and the doctors some times insert a swab into the urethra to check for herpes not a needle.

4. and the only ones that are not detected in a blood sample are like genital warts they need to be seen in order to diagnose

Reply:Could develop jaundice, a yellowing of the skin, or in the whites of the eyes.
Reply:I have Hep.C and I've had a liver transplant. For several years before the transplant I had pain in my liver area and periods of tiredness, no energy. The real sign of a liver failing is esophageal varices. This is when the liver forces blood through the esophagus and it enters the stomach. It is followed by immediate vomiting of "mahogany" colored fluid (blood) and same color diarrhea. I had 7 of these before the transplant. Any 1 has a 50/50 chance of fatality.

Now that the mortgage debt forgiveness act has passed, do I still need to report my forgiven debt when I file?

I'm thinking I do have to report it, but I'm not sure how. I did get a 1099-C listing the amount of forgiven debt.

Now that the mortgage debt forgiveness act has passed, do I still need to report my forgiven debt when I file?
Yes, you need to report it.

However, the IRS hasn't updated the form 982 yet to reflect the new option.

I guess you could attach a letter to the form explaining that you are eligible (are you?) for the debt forgiveness and that you are electing to reduce the basis in your property by the 1099-C amount rather than elect insolvency (which you may or may not qualify for). In that case, I'd also report the "sale" of the property at the foreclosure amount - the cancelled debt amount on schedule D and state the election there too.

There's a full C program on the Wikipedia page for Linked List. I recommend that you study it and write your own. It's probably for a class assignment, so I strongly encourage you not to copy and paste code that you find on the web. Your instructor will respect you more if you do your own work.

C program function to that will insert a node into a sorted linked list?

Ok I have wrote some code but Im having a hard time understanding whats wrong. Welcome to write your own and help me out. The grades are what to be sorted.

Ok the structure for this node is:

struct node{

double grade;

char profName[20];

int count;

struct node *next;

};

struct node *insert(struct node *head, struct node *newNode)

{

struct node *temp, *temp2, *newGrade;

newGrade = temp = NULL;

if(head == NULL)

{

head = newNode;

head-%26gt;next = NULL;

}

else if (head-%26gt;next == NULL)

{

if(head-%26gt;grade %26gt; newNode-%26gt;grade)

head-%26gt;next = newNode;

else{

newNode-%26gt;next = head;

head = newNode;

}

}

else

{

temp = head-%26gt;next;

temp2 = head;

/* think the issue is here */

while(temp-%26gt;grade %26lt; newNode-%26gt;grade %26amp;%26amp; temp != NULL)

{

temp = temp-%26gt;next;

temp2 = temp2-%26gt;next;

}

newNode-%26gt;next = temp;

temp2-%26gt;next = newNode;

}

return(head);

}

C program function to that will insert a node into a sorted linked list?
[UPDATED]

// I am assuming the linked list is sorted in ascending order

struct node *insert(struct node *head, struct node *newNode)

{

struct node* temp = head;

struct node* temp2 = head;

if(head == NULL)

{

newNode-%26gt;next = NULL:

head = newNode;

}

else if(head-%26gt;grade %26gt; newNode-%26gt;grade)

{

head = newNode;

newNode-%26gt;next = temp;

}

else

{

while(temp2 != NULL)

{

temp2 = temp-%26gt;next;

if(temp2 == NULL)

{

newNode-%26gt;next = NULL;

temp-%26gt;next = newNode;

}

if(temp2-%26gt;grade %26gt; newNode-%26gt;grade)

{

temp-%26gt;next = newNode;

newNode-%26gt;next = temp2;

temp2 = NULL;

}

else

{

temp = temp2;

}

}

}

return head;

}

List the differences between 2d and 3d Art?

I've been trying to list the differences between two-dimensional art work and three-dimensional art work. I've been able to come up with a few examples but I am trying to figure out some other examples.

III. Properties of a two-dimensional object –

a. Flat Surface

b. Painted/Drawn

c. Recreation/Representation of a Real Object

IV. Properties of a three-dimensional object –

a. Takes up Space

b. Has Texture

Any Ideas? thanks

List the differences between 2d and 3d Art?
2-D= a circle drawn on the wall but in 3D a sphere (like a basketball) has volume- it invades your space so to speak

2D art can be measured 2 ways: ht and width but 3D can be also be measured a third way by volume

I have my students envision a hollow chocolate Easter bunny with a hole in it- fill it up with water and then pour the water into a measuring cup- thus measuring its volume-

Both 2D and 3D can represent real objects and both can hold implied texture- I hope this helps... e mail me if you need help. (:

d. casts a shadow

List out the countries with their cultural dances& which country have lot numer of c.dances?

An article on Wikipedia has already done this:

List of ethnic, regional, and folks dances sorted by origin -

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_fol...

You can't really say which country has the most dances, as the idea of what is a "folk" dance is a relative concept, as well as what distinguishes one named dance from another. For example, the Hawaiians have Hula dancing, but within that general style, there are many named dances.

I took out c drive and replaced with a new one. Computer still reconizes old drive and list new one as G driv,

In C++, how do you delete the last node from a dynamic linked list and set it to NULL?

If I call the destructor of a dynamic linked list of three or more nodes,

else if (head != NULL)

{

NodeType* currentPtr;

while (head-%26gt;link != NULL)

{

currentPtr = head;

while (currentPtr-%26gt;link != NULL)

{

currentPtr = currentPtr-%26gt;link;

}

delete currentPtr;

currentPtr = NULL;

}

delete head;

head = NULL;

}

What I observe is that currentPtr gets deleted as well as the last node, but while currentPtr gets set to NULL, the last node remains as garbage.

How can I also set the last node to null?

In C++, how do you delete the last node from a dynamic linked list and set it to NULL?
It looks like you are trying to delete the entire list. You have to save next before deleting current. You don't set the last node to NULL. You just delete it.

Try this

NodeType* currentPtr;

NodeType* nextPtr = head;

while (nextPtr != NULL)

{

currentPtr = next;

nextPtr = currentPtr-%26gt;link;

delete currentPtr;

}

If you want to delete a specific node, you have to know the one to delete and the one before it.

NodeType* currentPtr;

NodeType* prevPtr;

// find current and previous however it suits you

// such that prevPtr-%26gt;link points to current

// This steps takes the current node out of the list

prevPtr-%26gt;link = currentPtr-%26gt;link;

// then delete it

delete currentPtr;

// If current was the last node, current-%26gt;link would be null.

// The assignment prevPtr-%26gt;link = currentPtr-%26gt;link would make

// prevPtr-%26gt;link null automatically.

(VS2K8 C#) Does any one know how to select items in a .Net List Box by VALUE???? Thanks?

for example book conditions is a many to many relationship in my database, so im filtering the many to many table by the bookid to show me the conditions for that book exactly, then i want to select these condtiontions in a list box on a form by there ID

which makes total sense

except, i can select by index and stuff but not value, and if i do it all by index there is the functionality to add new condtions so then those new condtions wouldnt work because they wouldnt need to be hard coded

any help??

thanks

(VS2K8 C#) Does any one know how to select items in a .Net List Box by VALUE???? Thanks?
you can do .Items.FindByValue then once u have the item u want

just do .Selected = true;

make sure your listbox allows multi-select, otherwise u will get a exception.

You cannot do it by selecting all. It doesn't work in Yahoo Group's files / photos / links etc sections. You have to do that all one by one. Sorry :((

List all possible ways to program the NOT function in C++.?

If you mean binary negation "~", then you can use:

~x = x ^ 0xFFFFFFFF (or however many bits your complier uses)

~x = -x - 1

or you could use a really big lookup table with every possible value in it (not very efficient)

List all possible ways to program the NOT function in C++.?
simple macro:

#define NOT(expresion) (!expresion)

or simple function:

int NOT(int expresion)

{

return !expresion;

}

example:

int b;

b = NOT(5 %26lt; 0);

/* value of b = true */

b = NOT(true);

/* value of b = false */
Reply:Well NOT is taking the Opposite. so if you created a function with 1 parameter (the variable that is being "NOT"ed) use the - (negative) sign. it work work.

NOT true = false

That's all you are doing.

Hope that helps.

How can I get a list of all active Session IDs on a Web Server?

Using ASP.NET (C# or VB), or even Windows Forms, how can I obtain a list of ALL of the current Session IDs on the server (not just the current SessionId found by Session.SessionID.

Ian

How can I get a list of all active Session IDs on a Web Server?
Actually, api to obtain all session id's is deprecated now.

Major reason is Secuirty. Its not safe enough to allow access to all sessions as they may contain sensitive infromation. Also giving access to all session would make possible to terminate session of other user without notice.

How ever you could do work around to get all current active sessions.

1. On every session creation save its reference in database.

2. On every session destroy delete its reference from database

3. Retrive at any point of time references present in database to get access to session objects.

Database would help in case of cluster env. otherwise you could use any datastructure on serverside to store references against user id.
