How do I make everything on my computer smaller, like my desktop icons and list of programs?
Right click the desktop (not an icon) and choose appearence. unless you are just wanting to change the resolution. You may need to install video drivers.
Reply:right click on your desktop. and click on propreties then click on the settings tab. then u can slide the slider back and forth
Reply:Steps:

1. Right-click your desktop.

2. Select personalize

3. On the tabs, click appearance

4. Somewhere there should be a bar that says : more :on one side of it, and : less: on the other. Darg the little stick on the bar all the way to more. Hope this helps!

Reply:Go to any open area on start screen, right click and when box opens click on properties, then click on tab at top that says apperarance. Then move slidder for screen resolution to right as far as it will go for smallest or some where inbetween until you get look you want.Screen resolution will make icons smaller or larger, less will make everything larger and more will make them smaller.
