Need a shopping list?
Veggies:

1. Brocoli

2. Celery

3. Corn on the cob

4. Tomatoes {?]

5. Carrots

Fruits:

1. Apples

2. Bananas

3.Kiwi

4.Strawberries

5. Watermellon

Dairy:

1. Low fat or fat free yogurt. Try dannon or yopliat {they are sooooo good}

2. Low fat cheeses

3. Low fat or fat free milk{they actually don`t taste much different then the realt stuff}

4.Instead of ice cream, try sherbert, it is really good.Or you could just stick to popsicles.

Eggs: Guess what? One egg has 90 calories, but if you do not eat the yolk, then it only has 30!!!! And the white part is healthier for you!!!

Cereal: Special K is good, but what is really good and healthy for you is Honey Bunches of Oats.

Meats:

1. Baked chicken {not fried}

2.No pig!!!

3.Turkey burgers are really good!!!

4. Sea food, pretty much any type is good for you!!

Bread:

1. Try this type of brown bread that is so good, it`s called Natures Own. It is low in calories.

Pasta:

1. To be honest, it will be good for you as long as you don`t drench it in butter, garlic, salt, and sauces.

Deserts:

1. Try making friut deserts {and I don`t mean strawberry short cake}. I mean a fruit platter or low fat jellos.

Beans are good for you and give you energy.

Potatoes are god for you as long as you do not load them with butter, sour cream, cheese, and gravys.

Try organic foods. they are good for you and most of the time taste good. Not to mention they are natural foods.

A good tip for making pizza with less calories, is to use tortillas instead of making a dough bottom. Plus this way, you also have a good sized serving and you can make the pizza yourself, so you know just what is in it. Also, you can have as many toppngs as you want, without all that GREASE on top!!!
Reply:fruit apple turkey chesese
