I am looking for office space and i have a list of offices and i don't know the definitions of different Class offices like Class A, Class B %26amp; Class C.
Please explain to me; What is a Class A,B %26amp; C office building?
Generally, Class A, B, and C are used to describe several different features and come up with an overall rating of a property.
Typically the following are considered:
1. Location
2. Updatedness/newness of property
3. Property appearance
4. Services amenities of building (highspeed access, fiber, gyms, other facilities.).
5. Property market/submarket features (NYC-class A vs Albany-class B,C)
6. Floor plan efficiency
This being the case don't be surprised to find out that some A properties are really B properties... but just for marketing purposes are referred to as a higher level property.
