Excel Issue: How to look up some texts in a list of name?

I have 2 lists of university names, such as University of Oxford, Stanford University, etc. in Column A, and Oxford, stanford, etc. in Column B, Column C is country of column B.





I am going to look for countries of universities in column A use data in column B and C, how to make it?
