Where can you get the list of quarter grades combined with exam grades that tells you your semester grade ?

Can someone give me a link to the document that combines your


first quarter grade, second quarter grade, and final exam grade that shows you the final grade. For example; A,C,D yields B


The list has numerous items such as that. I need this based on the Montgomery county public schools grading policy.

I think this is what you're looking for, though it's not specifically based on Montgomery's schools but I think it should work for all schools. It definitely worked for me.
