Hum.......not sure if this is what you are looking for.......so here it goes:
If you mean a word/excel document/ or Picture, save the file as you normally would - give it a name too! Remember where you saved it on your C drive (it should show you where it will be saved).
Then log onto Yahoo and compose a message. Add attachment and browse to where the file is stored on your computer.

You start the e-mail, then click Attach Files, then click Browse, then find the document name on your C drive and double click it. Then send the note. The document will be sent with the email.
